Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you use Destiny. We have tried to keep them readable. If anything here is unclear, write to us — we would rather fix the wording than rely on it.

By using the site, the scan tool, or the email letter series, you agree to what follows.

Who can use Destiny

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Palmistry is for adults who are using it for self-reflection and entertainment. We do not serve minors.

If you are using Destiny on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Please use a real email address — we send your readings, receipts, and account notices there.

One person, one account. Do not share an account with someone else and do not pretend to be someone you are not when uploading hand photos.

Payments and pricing

Most of what we offer is free. The free reading covers the three main lines and a short text reading. Paid readings (Full Reading, Two Hands Reading, Destiny Report, Master Trial) are one-time purchases at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.

Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change pricing from time to time, but a change does not affect a purchase you have already made.

Payments are processed by Creem. We do not see or store your card details.

Refunds

Our refund policy is simple: 14 days, no questions asked. If your reading does not feel like it was written for you, write to hello@destiny.example within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don't need to justify it.

If your reading doesn't make you feel seen, we'll refund — no questions asked.

Master Trial sessions (live readings with a human master) are non-refundable once the session has been delivered, but you can cancel up to one hour before the session starts for a full refund.

How you may use the service

You may not:

  • Upload photographs of someone else without their permission.
  • Upload anything other than a photograph of a real human hand — no drawings, AI-generated images, or photos of someone else's skin in a context they would not consent to.
  • Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, including the reading model, beyond what is reasonable for personal use.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish your readings as a commercial service of your own.
  • Use Destiny to harass, mock, or profile other people based on their hands or readings.

We may suspend or close any account that violates these rules, and where appropriate we will notify the relevant authorities.

Intellectual property

The Destiny brand, the visual system, the writing in our letters and readings, the underlying reading model, and the source code of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may keep, share, and screenshot your own readings for personal use.

The hand photo you upload is yours. By uploading it you give us permission to process it for the purpose of generating your reading. We do not use your image to train models, sell to third parties, or display publicly.

What we don't promise

Destiny is offered for entertainment and self-reflection. We do not guarantee any specific life outcome. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer for the longer version.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime and accurate readings, but we cannot promise either will be perfect at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material — affecting refunds, account use, or your rights — we will email subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Smaller edits (typos, clarifications) we will quietly publish, with the Last updated date at the top of the page reflecting the change.

Closing the account

You can close your account any time from settings, or by emailing us. Closing the account removes your data per the timeline in our Privacy Policy.

We may close an account that has violated these terms, that has been inactive for more than three years, or for legal reasons. Where possible we give notice first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
